An economics graduate from Sri.R.K.M Vivekananda College, Chennai and an MBA from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia, Shankar is an ICF Certified Executive Coach from Results Coaching System, Australia.<\/p>\n

With over 25 years of professional work experience in Training & Sales Management in the telecom, automobile and FMCG space, Shankar is a L&D professional backed by brands like Virgin Mobile, Ford & Nestle to name a few.<\/p>\n

At Mentor, Shankar heads delivery & operations – the core of any organization.<\/p>\n

A true blue Chenna-ite, Shankar lives with his mother Saraswathi, wife Hema and daughter Sweta.<\/p>\n

With a special interest in reading management books, a music lover, he enjoys movies and is actively involved in social service.<\/p>\n
