Our mission is to unlock people’s potential through behavioural transformation. Behaviours are our interface with the world – we interpret and respond to others through our perception of their behaviour and vice versa – thus influencing our every action and reaction. Unfortunately, through our formative years, we did not receive any formal training in acquiring effective workplace behaviours.
Why is there a need for behavioural transformation?
We often make great individual contributors because it involves using our knowledge and skills to achieve results for ourselves. The challenge arises when we work through and with others. That’s when our innate nature and conditioned behaviours conflict with others and we experience stress.
Besides, while technical skills are easier to acquire through individual practice, navigating human interactions is complex. Have you noticed how every interaction feeds into the next, thus creating layers of experiences and opinions?
